What We BELIEVE Is What We Will EXPERIENCE

We won't ever encounter magic if we think there isn't any in life. If we think the miraculous doesn't exist, we won't ever believe it when we witness it. If we think that there are boundaries to what we can achieve, accomplish, and become, then we will always be confined by our imagination.

However, the inverse is also accurate.

If we believe in magic, then we'll see it everywhere. If we have faith in the remarkable, we will practice well-being, see and appreciate the small miracles that happen every day. If we truly feel that we have no constraints, then we will believe that anything is conceivable.

Our lives are greatly influenced by the beliefs we cling to. Deciding the course of our story.

For Every PROBLEM There Is A SOLUTION

Don't be shocked if difficulties appear. Don't let yourself become stressed out or lose yourself in worry or anxiety. Instead, exhale deeply and ask for wisdom in your circumstance, certain that you can and will come up with a solution.

Keep in mind that there is always a solution to a problem. Although in order to locate it, you'll need trust, inventiveness, and optimism.

The belief that you are strong enough to overcome the challenges you encounter, the optimism that there is a solution, and the inventiveness to find a workaround.

2. You cannot satisfy everyone's needs. But you can stay true to who you are.

3. Be kind and patient with yourself.

4. You're not by yourself. It's alright to ask for help.

5. Pay attention to the factors you can manage and let go of the others.

6. Struggle is temporary. Sacrifices are investments. Give up the short-term comfort for the long-term win.

How To: Let Go

1. Keep in mind that people, places, and things can all outgrow one other. They are free to outgrow you.

2. Allowing yourself to feel sad over the loss of what you're letting go of is healthy. What you don't allow yourself to feel won't heal.

3. Consider whether what you are holding to is also attaching to you. Respond truthfully.

4. Just as you have repeatedly forgiven others, also forgive yourself for your involvement in how things turned out.

5. Reflect on why you are still hanging on. Is it genuinely healthy or is it just familiar?

6. Accepting that the past cannot be changed is sometimes the only way to find closure, and that's okay.

7. Keep in mind that letting go also means letting in. Making place for anything new is never easy, but it's worthwhile since greater things will eventually come your way. For a reason, doors open and close.

8. Don't let someone's emotional inconsistency make you addicted to temporary highs and constant lows.
